Due to the nature of digital products being delivered instantly and becoming immediately accessible after purchase, all sales of digital products are final and strictly non-refundable.
Once a digital product has been purchased, downloaded, accessed, or delivered through email, user account, or app delivery, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds will not be issued for digital products under any circumstances including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchase
- Failure to review product details
- Software incompatibility
- User technical limitations
- Dissatisfaction after download
- Duplicate purchases

III. Physical Products Policy
For physical goods sold through AlaviExpress, customers may request a return or refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused
- The product must not be damaged by the customer
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- The product must include all original accessories and materials
- The product must include a valid receipt or proof of purchase
- The product must not be altered or modified
Failure to meet any of the above conditions may result in rejection of the return or refund request.
IV. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- All digital products and downloadable files

V. Sale Items

VIII. Return Shipping Costs

AlaviExpress is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.
X. Order Cancellations
Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once payment has been completed and delivery has occurred.
Physical product orders may only be canceled before shipment.
Once shipped, the standard return process must be followed.
XI. Fraud Prevention
To prevent fraudulent refund claims, AlaviExpress reserves the right to verify refund requests, purchase history, user activity, and product usage.
Refund requests involving abuse, repeated misuse, or suspicious behavior may be denied.
Accounts found abusing the refund system may be permanently restricted or terminated.
XII. Limitation of Liability
AlaviExpress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages related to purchases, returns, refunds, delivery issues, or product usage.
Any refund issued shall be limited strictly to the amount paid for the eligible product.
