This License Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of all products, digital content, physical products, downloadable materials, templates, and related items sold or distributed by AlaviExpress (“AlaviExpress,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through our website located at https://www.alaviexpress.com, our mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any product from AlaviExpress, you (“Buyer,” “Customer,” or “Licensee”) agree to be legally bound by this License Policy.

This Policy applies to all current and future products sold by AlaviExpress, including but not limited to printable materials, worksheets, stickers, planners, templates, flashcards, coloring pages, SVG files, PNG files, editable Canva templates, editable PDF files, website templates, corporate digital assets, and physical products.

All products sold by AlaviExpress remain the intellectual property of AlaviExpress unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Purchasing a product grants you a limited license to use the product in accordance with this License Policy and any product-specific licensing terms displayed on the applicable product page. Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

I. General License Terms

All products sold by AlaviExpress are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Buyers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased products in accordance with the applicable license. Licenses may be suspended or terminated only as provided in this Policy.

Licenses are granted only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred, sublicensed, shared, or reassigned without written permission.

Any use outside the granted license is considered unauthorized and may result in legal action.

Product-Specific License Terms. If the licensing terms displayed on an individual product page differ from this License Policy, the product-specific licensing terms shall govern that particular product to the extent of the conflict.

II. Regular License

The Regular License grants limited rights for personal, educational, and small business usage.

Under the Regular License, buyers may:

  • Use purchased products for personal use
  • Use products in classroom environments for their own students only
  • Use products in their own small business operations
  • Print products for personal or direct customer use
  • Use templates or design assets for internal use
  • Use purchased products in non-commercial educational settings

Regular License Restrictions

Under the Regular License, buyers may NOT:

  • Resell the original digital product
  • Redistribute, share, gift, transfer, or sublicense files
  • Upload files to marketplaces, websites, or file-sharing platforms
  • Share files with other teachers, staff members, or institutions
  • Allow multiple users to use one license
  • Use products for client work
  • Modify products and resell them
  • Claim ownership of the product
  • Use purchased products in mass production
  • Convert digital products into commercial resale products
  • Use website templates for resale or redistribution
  • Use corporate digital products for client redistribution

One license equals one user only. Each teacher, user, or business team member must purchase their own license.

III. Extended License

The Extended License grants broader commercial rights.

Under the Extended License, buyers may:

  • Create and sell physical end products using purchased designs
  • Use products for client projects
  • Use products within teams, companies, or organizations
  • Allow multiple authorized internal users within the same business
  • Use products in broader commercial projects
  • Print and sell physical products created from licensed designs
  • Use products for institutional or organizational internal purposes
  • Use website templates for client deployment
  • Use digital business assets for client implementation
  • Use templates in professional service delivery

Extended License Restrictions

Even under the Extended License, buyers may NOT:

  • Resell the original digital files
  • Redistribute source files
  • Resell editable source templates
  • Resell Canva templates as standalone products
  • Resell PDFs, SVGs, PNGs, source files, or editable products
  • Claim ownership or authorship
  • Transfer license rights to another party
  • Allow public redistribution
  • Use products in trademark registration
  • Use products in unlawful, harmful, or offensive content

The Extended License grants broader commercial usage rights only and does not transfer ownership of the original product, source files, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

For example, an Extended License may allow you to create client projects or sell authorized physical end products where permitted, but it never permits resale or redistribution of the original editable files or source materials.

IV. Educational Use

Educational resources purchased under the Regular License are limited strictly to the individual teacher who purchased them.

A teacher may not share purchased files with other teachers, school departments, school districts, training centers, educational institutions, or organizations.

For multi-user educational use, school-wide use, organizational use, or use by multiple employees, contractors, or authorized team members within the same organization, an Extended License or another applicable multi-user license must be purchased where offered.

V. Commercial Use

Commercial usage rights depend on the license purchased.

Regular License allows only small-scale internal business use.

Extended License allows broader commercial use including client work and resale of physical end products.

Commercial use does not include resale of source files.

Any large-scale commercial use outside the Extended License requires a custom license.

VI. Physical Products

AlaviExpress may sell physical products now or in the future.

Purchase of a physical product does not grant any reproduction rights.

Buyers may not copy, reproduce, scan, replicate, manufacture, or mass-produce physical products or designs.

Only Extended License holders may use associated designs for physical product resale where explicitly permitted.

Ownership of a physical product does not transfer intellectual property rights.

VII. Modifications

Buyers may modify purchased products for their own personal, classroom, or licensed commercial use.

Modified products remain subject to this License Policy.

Modifications do not create ownership rights.

Modified products may not be resold, redistributed, or relicensed.

Changing colors, text, layouts, elements, or minor design components does not create a new product.

Modifying a product, including changing colors, text, layouts, graphics, or other design elements, does not create ownership of the original work or grant any additional intellectual property rights beyond those provided by the applicable license.

VIII. Prohibited Uses

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • File sharing
  • Unauthorized duplication
  • Marketplace redistribution
  • Template flipping
  • Source file resale
  • Stock file resale
  • Mass distribution
  • Public file hosting
  • Free downloads of purchased files
  • Sharing inside social groups, cloud drives, or forums
  • Unauthorized client transfers
  • White-label redistribution

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate license termination.

IX. Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights, trademarks, branding, product designs, templates, layouts, visual assets, and product files remain the exclusive property of AlaviExpress.

Nothing in this Policy transfers intellectual property ownership to the buyer.

Buyers receive only usage rights based on the purchased license.

Unauthorized use may result in DMCA takedowns, legal claims, and permanent account suspension.

X. DMCA Enforcement

AlaviExpress actively protects its intellectual property.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, sharing, or misuse of our products may result in:

  • DMCA takedown notices
  • Marketplace infringement reports
  • Website or hosting provider takedown requests
  • Social media copyright reports
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Legal action where appropriate

We reserve all rights to enforce our intellectual property globally.

XI. License Termination

Licenses automatically terminate if the buyer violates this Policy.

Upon termination, the buyer must immediately cease using the licensed products, delete all digital copies in their possession or control, cease any further distribution, and destroy or permanently remove any remaining unauthorized copies where reasonably possible.

Termination does not remove our right to pursue damages or legal remedies.

XII. Custom Licenses

For enterprise usage, large-scale manufacturing, unlimited commercial production, white-label rights, resale rights, or other custom usage requirements, buyers must contact us for a separate written license agreement.

Custom licenses override this standard License Policy only when explicitly agreed in writing.

Any custom license must be expressly agreed to by AlaviExpress in writing or through another verifiable form of written confirmation. No verbal statements or informal communications shall modify this License Policy.

XIII. Policy Changes

We may update this License Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page and become effective upon posting unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Continued use of licensed products after the effective date of any revised License Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
